Paper Impregnation Plants: Built for Precision
Paper impregnation is the industrial process of saturating base papers (decorative prints, kraft cores, and protective overlays) with thermosetting resins such as Melamine Formaldehyde (MF), Phenol Formaldehyde (PF), and Urea Formaldehyde (UF).
At LSK Industries, we design and build complete impregnation lines (treaters) that include: resin baths, squeeze roll systems, curing dryers, web tension controls, high-speed rotary cutters, and automated pallet changers, all running under SCADA Automation.
