Governing equipment supply, plant layout execution, commissioning, and machinery warranties at LSK Industries.
1. Scope of Machinery & Quotations
All technical specifications, machine capacities (e.g. 120 m/min speeds), utility ratings, and plant layouts published on this website are indicative engineering benchmarks. Binding technical parameters are finalized in formal commercial proposals.
2. Intellectual Property & Designs
All equipment blueprints, SCADA software configurations, flotation dryer nozzle engineering, and rotary cutter mechanisms remain the exclusive intellectual property of LSK Industries. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.
3. Equipment Commissioning & Warranty
LSK paper impregnation lines are supplied with standard manufacturer warranties covering structural frames, precision rollers, and drive systems as specified in formal supply contracts. Warranty services are executed by certified LSK field engineers.
4. Limitation of Liability
LSK Industries is not liable for operational downtime or resin loss caused by unapproved third-party chemical alterations, improper foundation construction, or failure to follow prescribed maintenance procedures.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
Commercial contracts and equipment supply agreements executed with LSK Industries are governed under the commercial laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
