Furniture Surfaces (HPL)
Our paper impregnation line plays a central role in manufacturing furniture surface materials such as laminates, decorative papers, and sun mica. The process saturates decorative paper with melamine resin, giving furniture panels and fronts long-lasting durability along with a refined finish. Built around advanced application technology, the line runs at high output speeds while keeping raw material consumption low. It also supports melamine top-coat application for extra surface protection. From replicating natural pore textures in sync with the design to precisely managing paper stretch, the system is engineered to meet the varied demands of furniture surface manufacturing helping producers get more consistent quality without sacrificing throughput.
Laminate Flooring (LPL)
In laminate flooring production, our proprietary application systems set the standard for performance and reliability. The process works by saturating decorative or overlay papers with melamine resin, which builds in the durability and abrasion resistance laminate flooring depends on. For scratch and wear protection, the systems can apply corundum across every abrasion class, up to AC6 giving manufacturers the flexibility to match output to a wide range of performance requirements. Built-in tools like resin consumption tracking and web temperature monitoring give operators tight, real-time control over the production process, so every batch of laminate flooring meets consistent quality standards.
Work Tops (HPL, CPL)
