Every LSK impregnation line follows a precision-engineered sequence to deliver consistent, defect-free paper sheets ready for hot-press lamination.
Paper Unwinding & Feeding
Base paper reels (decorative, kraft, overlay) are loaded onto automatic multi-reel unwinders with splice tables, allowing continuous reel changeover without stopping the line.
Resin Impregnation Bath
The paper web passes through a temperature-controlled resin bath containing Melamine-Formaldehyde, Phenol-Formaldehyde, or Urea-Formaldehyde resins. Squeeze rolls precisely meter resin pick-up.
Drying & Curing
Impregnated paper passes through precision drying chambers where it is cured to the exact stage volatile percentage required for press bonding.
Web Inspection & Cutting
Web-break detectors and camera inspection systems monitor the web. High-speed servo rotary cutters then cut sheets to precise lengths (±0.5mm accuracy) at full line speed with no stoppage.
Stacking & Pallet Changing
Cut sheets are stacked neatly on pallets with pneumatic air table alignment. When a full pallet is ready, the automated pallet changer swaps it out seamlessly during live operation.
